北新地の洋食屋さん。
カウンターと個室で構成され、カウンターをメインに料理を提供するお店。ご要望されたのは場所柄高級感はもちろんのこと、他店にない「ビンテージ感」を表現したいとのことでした。
そこでカウンタートップには左官職人の手仕事によって丹念に製作されたテラゾー仕上げとし、ここでしか味わえない表情を作り込みました。また、カウンター正面にはオーナーさんコレクションによる数々のビンテージな物をディスプレイするために百年以上使い込まれたビンテージ木材で製作した箱(棚)を 歴史を積みかねるようにランダムに積み上げました。
また、カウンター下にはブリキ板や使い込まれることで味のでる本革の椅子、黒皮鉄板による扉等…昔からある素材やこれから歴史を積み重ねることに相応しい素材を揃え、どこにもない積みかさねた懐かしい時間を味わう新しい空間を提案しました。

A Western restaurant in Kitashinchi. A shop that consists of a counter and a private room, and serves dishes mainly on the counter. He told us that he wanted to express a vintage feeling that was not available in other stores, as well as a sense of luxury. Then, at the countertop, we made a terrassor finish carefully crafted by the plasterer's handwork, creating an expression that can only be tasted here. Also, in front of the counter, boxes (shelf) made of wooden timbers that have been used for more than 100 years to showcase the various collections from the owner's collection have been stacked on the lantern in a way that can be used for history. Also, underneath the counter are flexible boards, genuine leather chairs that can be used easily, doors made of black iron plate, etc .. We have a long list of materials from the past and materials that are suitable for accumulating history. We proposed a new space where you can enjoy nostalgic time.
