ワインと食事を中心としたバーのデザイン。
壁やカウンター等には「ワイン」と同じように時間と共に味が出てくるような素材を選びました。その素材は「バー」=洋風ではなく、日本の素材をふんだんに織り交ぜ、 日本のこの場所でしか味わえない空間にしたいと思いました。樹齢280年のけやきのカウンター、庵治石や砂漆喰の壁、馬革のオリジナル椅子・ソファ…貴重な素材ですが決して贅沢ではないと思っています。
良い素材を長く使う、そして素材の味がでればでるほどお店のポテンシャルも上がっていくと思います。そしてデザインは素材を生かすため、シンプルに見せつつ あえてあまり要素を整理しすぎない箇所も残しました。
時代に流されず、50年、100年と受け継がれていくようなこの店でしか味わえない空気感のあるオーセンティックワインバーを目指しました。

A bar design centered on wine and cuisine. For the walls and counters, we selected materials that would come out over time, just like “wine”. The material is not “Hawa” (Western style), but we wanted to create a space where only Japanese places can be tasted by weaving Japanese materials. Keyaki counter of 280 years old, walls of Aji stone and sand stucco, original leather chairs and sofas ... I think that there is no luxury material. I will use good ingredients for a long time, and I think that the taste of the ingredients will also improve the restaurant's potential. In order to make use of the material, the design dared to organize the elements, leaving a place where there was no need to organize the elements. The aim was to create an authentic wine bar with a feeling of air that can only be enjoyed at this restaurant, which has been passed down by the times and has been handed down for 50 or 100 years.
