大阪で不動産業を営む会社の東京進出のためのオフィス。
非常に立地が良く、ビルの７階とメゾネットになっている8階がオフィススペース。
ここに来られるお客様がメインで利用されるELVホールから受付スペース、応接スペース、吹き抜け廻りを改修のメイン箇所とし、その会社にふさわしい上質で丁寧な空間作りを目指しました。
それらの空間はかなりコンパクトなスペースなため圧迫感を感じないよう、壁や天井がつながっていくように角を曲面とし、シームレスなイメージに仕上げました。
また、ELVホール等は天井高をあえて抑え、受付ホール部分は天井高をできるだけ確保させることで、より広がりを感じるられるようにメリハリをつけました。
応接スペースも圧迫感がないようにミラーの壁面や格子を設置して、奥行を持たせました。
また、壁面や天井等様々な個所に間接照明を配置して漆喰調左官の壁面が柔らかに光で包まれる上質な空間を目指しました。
ここで新たな出会いを生み、次のステージへ誘う空間になるよう願いを込めてデザインしました。

Office for a real estate company operating in Osaka. Very good location, office space on the 7th floor of the building and the 8th floor, which is a maisonette. From the ELV hall used by customers coming here, the reception space, reception space and atrium are the main points of renovation, and we aimed to create a high-quality and polite space suitable for the company. Since these spaces are quite compact, they have curved surfaces so that the walls and ceiling are connected, so that they do not feel a feeling of oppression, and they are finished in a seamless image. In addition, the ceiling height of the ELV hall and other facilities was dared to be kept low, and the reception hall part was secured as high as possible to give it a sense of spaciousness. Mirror walls and grids have been set up so that the reception space does not have a feeling of oppression, and it has depth. In addition, by placing indirect lighting in various places such as walls and ceilings, we aimed for a high-quality space where the plaster-like plasterer's walls were softly wrapped in light. Here, we created a new encounter and designed it with the hope that it would be a space to invite to the next stage.
