最高級の食材を扱うお鮨屋さんのデザイン。主役である料理(食材)がより引き立つ様過剰なデザインにならず、さりげなくシンプルにまとめる様心掛けました。長さ 6mのカウンターは1本物で樹齢200年の天竜桧。
壁は陰影に奥行を与える砂漆喰等こだわりを持って使用した素材(仕上げ)のハーモニーが奏でられる様それぞれを組み合わせました。

Sushi restaurant's design that handles the finest ingredients. We did not overdesign the main so that it would stand out more,and we tried to keep it simple and simple. One 6-meter-long counter is a 200-year-old Tenryu cypress. The walls are made of harmony of materials (finishing finish) used with a touch of sand plaster, which gives depth to the shadows, etc., and combined with each other so that they can be played.
