大阪市福島区にある創作和食屋さんが既存店舗とは違う形で料理を提供するために開店されたお店。
路面にある場所は梅田街道に面しており、昔街道で栄えた街並みをオマージュした親子の升格子を街道面全面に配置し、お店の顔としました。
既存店舗と同様に入口や店内には歴史ある和洋の建具や箪笥、無垢カウンター、床柱、アート等を点在させ、その主役となる空間を目指しました。それら主役が浮き出るように背景は黒を基調し、和を感じるように繊細でかつ上品なディテールとなるよう配慮しました。そうすることで和の「凛」とした空気を表現しています。日本空間の良さを感じながらすばらしい日本の食材、料理を味わってもらえるお店を目指しました。

A creative Japanese restaurant in Fukushima-ku, Osaka City. The restaurant was opened to provide food in a different way from the existing stores.
The street-level location faces Umeda Kaido, and the A lattice of parent and child, which pays homage to the streetscape that flourished on the road in the past, is placed on the entire surface of the road. The lattice is a tribute to the streets that flourished on the street in the past.
As with the existing store, the entrance and interior are decorated with historical Japanese and Western fittings, chests of drawers, solid countertops, and a variety of other items. The goal was to create a space that would be the star of the show. The background is black to make the main characters stand out. Our goal was to create a restaurant where people can taste the wonderful Japanese ingredients and cuisine while feeling the goodness of Japanese space.
