大阪や東京で不動産開発事業をされている会社が大阪駅前の至便性高い大型ビル内に新たに進出するためのオフィスのデザイン。
オフィスゾーンと接客ゾーンに分けてオフィスゾーンはシンプルに検討し、それに対し接客ゾーンはクライアントのメインカラーの青を使いながら、いろいろなお客様に会社の色が感じられるよう配慮しました。
メインとなる接客ゾーンには東京や外部とリモートの打ち合わせができようにランダムな青の家具を選定し、大阪駅が一望できる位置に配置しました。
また、重要な接客をするためのスペースは本社と同様に砂利の庭園のような空間の上に浮いたガラスの箱を配し、和の空間に通じる凛とした接客ブースとしました。
それらの接客ゾーンが外部との接点となり、記憶に残り、会社が長く発展できることをイメージしてデザインしました。

A real estate development company in Osaka and Tokyo We designed an office for a company that is in the real estate development business in Osaka and Tokyo, to be located in a large building in front of Osaka Station.
We divided the building into an office zone and a customer service zone. In contrast, the client's main color, blue, was used in the customer service zone. In the main reception zone, we selected random blue furniture to allow for remote meetings with Tokyo and outside parties. In addition, the space for important meetings was designed to resemble a gravel garden, just like the headquarters. A floating glass box is placed on top of a gravel garden-like space. I imagined that these customer service zones would be a point of contact with the outside world, and that they would remain in people's memories. The design is based on the image that the company will be able to develop for a long time.
