オフィス街の路面にあるお鮨屋さんのデザイン。鮮魚に精通しているお魚屋さんが営むお店として食材が映えるよう、できる限りシンプルな要素で構成した空間を目指しました。
店内はカウンターのみの空間で、壁や天井、カウンターはすべてコンクリートやモルタル等、グレートーンで統一し、和を感じるようにシンプルなディテールで構成しました。
また、鮮魚のイメージを感じられるように海のような青をキーカラーとしてトイレまでの動線を青い空間としました。
ここに来られたお客様に新鮮ですばらしい食材を感じてもらえる空間を目指しました。

Design for a sushi restaurant on a street in an office area. We aimed to create a space composed of the simplest possible elements so that the ingredients would look good as a restaurant run by a fishmonger who is well versed in fresh fish.
The shop is a counter-only space, and all the walls, ceiling and counters are unified in grey tones, such as concrete and mortar, with simple details to create a sense of harmony.
We also made the flow line to the toilets a blue space, using blue like the sea as the key colour to give the impression of fresh fish.
The aim was to create a space where visitors can feel the fresh and wonderful ingredients.
